Ian Addison - Manager

Ian is the organisation's Manager and is responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the charity. A full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, Ian has previous experience of  the third sector in a voluntary capacity and brings with him almost thirty years experience in the private sector. His responsibilities include all aspects of the organisation's finances, HR and liaison with outside organisations.

Kathy Davies - Volunteer/Centre Co-ordinator

Kathy  has been with the charity since its inception fifteen years ago and is from a healthcare background. Apart from many others, her main responsibilities are to ensure that both drop in centres are  continuously manned by our willing group of volunteers.She also represents CISS at local hospitals offering our services & support to individuals. Kathy holds the BACP Counselling Diploma.

Meinir Davies - Outreach Officer

Meinir is responsible for taking our service to those who are unable, for whatever reason, to access our services at the drop in centres. She is also responsible for visiting local hospices & workplaces giving our support to those who need it. Meinir also has a healthcare background & holds the BACP Counselling Diploma.

Anne Frimstone - Swansea Shop Supervisor

Anne looks after the smooth running of the Swansea shop, ensuring volunteers are available to cover the opening times. Also, Anne ensures items given generously by donors are arranged for sale to the shop's customers; those items that can't be sold are recycled, and part of her role is to ensure our income is maximised by recycling as many of these items as possible.

Gillian Evans - Neath Shop Supervisor

Gill runs our Neath shop, ensuring its smooth operation & again preparing items for sale or recycling donated by our generous supporters.
